Elegant Angel’s 100 Sexiest Pornstars Ever Contest
Elegant Angel’s 100 Sexiest Pornstars Ever Contest
by Jon of http://elexismonroe.thumblogger.com/
Voting has just started in Elegant Angel’s contest to find the 100 Sexiest Pornstars Ever.
Winner in the first contest last year was Tori Angel. A three disc deluxe package was released with full scenes for the top 20 performers and clips and interviews for the rest.
You only have one vote but you can choose as many performers as you like Votes should be sent to admin@elegantangel.com. You can also post the names of your favorites on the Elegant Angel blog:
Voting has started earlier this year. In 2010 voting lasted more than a month and it should be the same this year. Please remember that you can only vote for girls who’ve worked for Elegant Angel.
I’d like to put a word in for a performer who appeared in Elegant Angel’s Cum Drenched Tits 3 in 2005. It was her second year as an adult industry performer and she used the name Savannah James.
We now know her better as Elexis Monroe. She’s done more than a hundred scenes each with a consistent quality. She created the personal, intimate style that defines the best lesbian erotica. Elegant Angel’s Club59 probably wouldn’t have been possible without the inspiration of her great performances for Girlfriends Films and Sweetheart Video. She brings the same passion and love to all her scenes regardless of whether they’re girl girl or the handful of boy girl scenes she did for Sweet Sinner.
Elexis has talent both behind and in front of the camera. Elexis is a natural beauty. Vote for Elexis Monroe.
The Hot “OTHER Girls” OF PENTHOUSE
The Other Girls of Penthouse
By Lainie Speiser
October ’09 Penthouse Centerfold Anju McIntyre calls me Lainers and I allow it. I have told her, if I didn’t love her so much I would never, ever let anyone call me Lainers, when one or two people in the Penthouse offices have referred to me as “The Lainster” I tell them immediately to stop, and not in the nicest of ways. But I let Anju call me Lainers, because she’s wonderful and hilarious and gorgeous, and she always does the job and then some. So she can call me anything she wants.
There are women in the pages of Penthouse who don’t get their due as much as they should, but in the last two years I’ve been putting an end to that. These are the gorgeous women who made it in the magazine but did not make Pet. Not because they are lesser in beauty or in talent or personality, it’s usually because these women are say, under contract to another company, live in another country or in many cases like in Anju’s have their own career going on and simply do not have the time to devote to Penthouse. Anju, you may remember, was a contestant on reality series “My Antonio” and several B horror movies. She has also been on many Cinemax shows including the one based on Penthouse Magazine, “Life on Top.” Anju, I originally knew as fetish porn star AJ Kahn, but she’s put that part of her life behind her and is making the most of her other assets like her amazing gift for gab, most recently co-hosting a web radio show with Chaunce Hayden. I hired Anju for the CES Show this year, she was one of the few ladies I hired that was not a Pet, but let me tell you, she gave those girls a run for her money with her spunky, hilarious talk and playing Rock, Papers, Scissors with otherwise weary attendees. She thinks of things on her own, I love that, she knows, being a centerfold and a sex object, it doesn’t mean you can’t be creative and use the brain god gave you.
So no these women aren’t “The Other Women,” not at all, think of it like this: In the great, lush kingdom of Penthouse these ladies are your harem, so just think of the “Non-Pets” so to speak at the secondary hot wives. Another of these gorgeous gals is March 2010 feature Jade Vixen. I met Jade when I used to throw monthly pro-domme parties for Penthouse Variations called Cat ‘O Nine. And literally the week after I met her Jade was all over the tabloids, one of her former subs became fatally obsessed with her and shot and killed her boyfriend, then took her on a terrifying ride before shooting himself. Wow. You’d think this would put an end to her career but Jade is one of the most resilient people I have ever met. She stopped doing domme work and turned up the heat on her fetish modeling, which is how she came to be in Penthouse. Not only does she have an unbelievable body with the tiniest waist you’ve ever seen, but she has held her own on what most consider very intimidating radio shows like Opie and Anthony and Howard Stern. On the Howard Stern Show she was participated in The Strongest Naked Woman Contest (along with Anju) and won.
Then there is Darenzia, another nude fetish model. Darenzia I knew when I was a freelancer at Penthouse and she worked for the web department. She walked around in platform combat boots, a huge, blue mohawk and tiny plaid skirts. I only worked in Penthouse back then three days a week, but I knew right away she was special and couldn’t help but notice that even the most stuffy and conservative of man wanted to jump her bones big time. This was during the last days of the Guccione era and when there were layoffs gone was Darenzia, but it was the best thing that could have happened, she became one of the hottest models in the biz. It’s funny to see sexy girl-girl photos of someone you used to wait for elevators with, but the more she works with me, the more I have forgotten about that young punk chick and concentrate on the raven haired pin up vixen that you see today. Quite the stunner, and so much fun to be around, not to mention a good sport and allowed Sirius XM radio personality Jose Magnin worship her feet while doing at interview on The Covino and Rich Show.
There are also ladies who are new to the business and not quite ready yet for Penthouse Pet stardom. When I got the advance June issue I was struck by this exotic cutie called Lena D and was tickled to find out she was straight out of Brooklyn. I got her number from Penthouse art director and we met soon after. Lena D doesn’t even have a Twitter or Facebook yet, I’m hoping to change that. She’s only 21 and she works with animals and children. I wasn’t sure if this was indeed for her, but then when I put her on The Luis Jimenez Show she knocked it out of the ball park and totally understood my stage mother backstage sign language right away. When the gals and I go on radio, what you don’t see/hear my background coaching them on little things they may have forgotten in their nerves like the on-sale date of the magazine or the name of the store we are appearing in. I also sign when I think it’s time to get naked by tugging or lifting my shirt. Lena D totally got it and I loved that, being in the dug-out and watching a rookie playing well first time at bat. It’s a good feeling. I was a bit disappointed to find out that this Puerto Rican hottie didn’t understand any Spanish, but I blame the parents of today for that. My Mom never spoke to me in English.
But probably the Penthouse feature I’ve been seen running around with the most these days is red-hot Adam and Eve contract girl Alexis Ford. Good lord that Alexis Ford does a publicist proud. She appeared in the May ’11 Issue of Penthouse in what could be the sexiest, hottest photo shoot we have had in the magazine this year. She’s got the face of a doll and the body of a sexy superhero and boy does she know how to work it, in every way. Alexis Ford is what I love in a centerfold/porn star, ambition, smarts, sexuality, beauty and a dirty, naughty little mouth. I love it when she has said on air that as she is speaking semen is oozing out of her ass. Who says that? I love it. We also have a hot tee shirt of her you can find in www.penthousestore.com that depicts her exhaling some sort of smoke and it says, “I Get High.” Alexis is a very versatile person too, I can have her on The Jason Ellis Show talking all kinds of filth, but I can also have her do an interview for the sports section of The Daily News talking baseball. And when I was promoting my book, Confessions of the Hundred Hottest Porn Stars last week at monthly Parkside Lounge event, Sex, Dope and Cheap Thrills, she not only agreed to read her interview out loud but she took the time to tell the audience how out of all the people she has met in the business I am the one person whom she feels she can count on and has worked the hardest for her. And then we hugged. It was kind of gay, but I was pretty touched.
This Monday on the 27th Alexis Ford, Darenzia and Digital Playground contract girl Stoya (whom it looks like will be shooting for us very soon) will be on Howard Stern doing this years, “The Strongest Naked Woman” contest in honor of the release of my new book, as they were three of the 100 interviews in there. I can’t wait to see what Howard Stern brings out in them, not to mention how much fun it is to see naked women do push-ups and pull-ups. Think I’m gushing shameless propaganda? Au contraire, but you will have to listen and watch and judge for yourself.
Lily Cade- “Porn Stars are not a Hazmat Team”
Porn Stars are not a Hazmat Team
by Lily Cade of http://www.lilycade.com
It’s time to take a break from my regularly scheduled programing to write about something serious. At the urging of the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), Cal/OSHA has drawn up some new rules for the porn industry to follow, ostensibly to keep performers safe on set. If you’ve been following the news, you may have read something about this – it’s been covered in Huffington Post and the LA Times and so forth. For the most part, the media has mentioned only condoms in its coverage of this story, but the actual proposed draft goes much farther than that.
These regulations, if actually enforced, are so absurd that they would spell the end of porn production in California. It doesn’t make us safer on the job to regulate our jobs out of existence. We’re not just talking about condoms here, but about barriers to prevent ALL contact with body fluids. “Condoms, gloves and eye protection” are specifically mentioned. That’s right, it’s time for the facial, break out your face shield.
Come on my…face?
The draft seems to have been drawn up by someone who has never seen porn. It draws heavily on the regulations that prevent bloodborne pathogen transmission in nursing and medical care (right down the long section on sharps disposal). We are required to take “universal precautions” – to assume that everyone is infected. We must dispose of condoms and other used barriers as if they were hazardous waste and wear gloves to wash the sheets people fucked on (even though earlier, it states that we’re supposed to fuck on plastic sheeting).
The thing is those regulations don’t keep a nurse from doing her job. They do keep me from doing my job. People do not want to watch porn where everyone encases themselves in plastic wrap and as much of the sex as possible is faked:
A) Simulation of sex acts using acting and production and post-productions techniques;
I don’t want to use gloves and dams and make sure nobody’s vaginal secretions touch any part of my skin (not only are my partners tested, woman to woman transmission of STIs low to begin with). I don’t want to simulate sex acts using editing (yeah, right. Let’s rotoscope out the “personal protective equipment” while we’re at it). I’m not radioactive, and neither are my colleagues. We had a testing protocol in place, and it worked. Personally, I’ve never had a dirty test. My friends who have come down with STIs like clamydia or gonorrhea found out quickly (because of the monthly testing) and got treated. The industry has had a handful of cases of positive HIV results (two since I’ve been in porn, neither of which resulted in further infections). How many have occurred in the general public in that time?
We are not handling hazardous materials, we are having sex – something that almost everyone does and that the human race has been doing since there was a human race. Porn performers, the “workers” that Cal/OSHA says it’s trying to protect, do not want these regulations. We want to be able to work.
Planned Parenthood Funding to be Cut- Wanna Help?
If you do Visit the Planned Parenthood site and read about contacting your congressperson to express your views. I fondly remember being a scared teenager and going to PP for my first female exam and my first birth control pills and being treated kindly and gently. I agree STRONGLY that PP is needed to continue helping teens, and others, understand sex, birth control, STD’s and pregnancy and all their options concerning them.
Dear Cindi,
This week, anti-choice House leadership is forcing a vote on the most dangerous legislative assault on women’s health in Planned
Parenthood’s 95-year history.
That’s not an exaggeration, it is a simple fact – and if they succeed, the consequences for women will be catastrophic. We need
everyone who cares about women’s health to join together to oppose this attack on Planned Parenthood and those we serve. Tell yourrepresentative to vote NO: http://www.ppaction.org
Title X, our nation’s family planning program, provides funding for birth control, cancer screenings, HIV testing, and other lifesaving care. Anti-choice House leadership wants to completely eliminate this crucial funding – particularly for Planned Parenthood. That would cut off millions of women from care they have no other way to afford, leaving them at risk of sickness and death.
This attack on family planning funding is not an isolated incident. It’s part of a coordinated campaign meant to shut down Planned Parenthood health centers and deny women access to basic health care.
We can’t afford to let them get away with it. Speak out now – make it clear to Congress that the services that doctors, nurses, and
other medical staff provide in Planned Parenthood health centers are too important to be turned into just another political issue. If we don’t stand together now, these attacks will surely continue, and women everywhere will pay a terrible price.
The new House leadership campaigned on a promise to focus on jobs and the economy. Now that they’re in power, they are instead focused on relentlessly attacking Planned Parenthood and the women, men, and teens who rely on us. They’ve shown where their priorities lie: destroying Planned Parenthood and eliminating access to reproductive health care – even at the cost of denying women medical services that could save their lives.
It’s up to us to make sure local health centers have the resources they need to care for the people who rely on them every day. It’s up to us to make it clear that we will not stand for these outrageous attacks on Planned Parenthood health centers or any effort to
undermine access to lifesaving care. Speak out now – tell your representative to protect Title X funding and stand up for women’s
health: http://www.ppaction.org/
Thank you for standing with us and helping to protect Planned Parenthood and the women, men, and teens our health centers serve.
Sincerely,
Cecile Richards, President

Porn Stars’ Ideas For How to Celebrate Valentine’s Day
Valentine’s Day can be a stressful holiday and you may find your head swirling with pressing questions: “What do I get?” “How can I make it memorable?” “How can I make this sexy?” and of course “How can I keep this affordable?”
Well, help is on its way. Some of the top adult film stars in the industry have come to the rescue and shared some tips on how you can make this Valentine’s Day one your special someone will remember and appreciate, all while keeping it under budget.

Devon Lee and Marcus London say:
“Make a romantic and sexy meal together. Here’s our suggestion for a great Valentine’s Day dinner: For the main course, prepare a succulent Lemon Talapia served on a bed of Spanish rice with steamed broccoli and a toasted French baguette. Jazz up your usual champagne toast by serving Bellinis, just add a couple ounces of peach syrup or schnapps to the glass and pour in your favorite bubbly. For dessert, melt your favorite chocolate with some heavy cream into a delectable chocolate fondue, then dip fresh strawberries, bananas, and sponge cake into the mix and serve each other. As a special treat (which you can also dip into the chocolate!), hollow out a strawberry, fill it with Irish Cream, and serve to your lover with whipped cream on top. It will be a memorable meal and please all the senses.”
Kim Tao says:
“I love to dance, and dancing is always a fun thing to do on Valentines Day whether you go out or just cut the rug at home. Make a special playlist that starts out energetic and then gets slow. Sexy dancing always leads to something else *wink wink*”
Chastity Lynn says:
“Go out for a romantic walk on the beach, around a grassy park, or even in a mall or just around your neighborhood. You can talk about how much you appreciate each other or recall how you first met. Don’t talk about work, finances, or other stressful things, just focus on the moment and spending “us” time. It doesn’t really matter what you do, as long as you spend some time together.”
Alisha Madison says:
“I think the best thing a woman could do for her man on Valentines Day would be to treat him. There is so much pressure on the man to take care of everything, but to surprise him with a home cooked meal and a sexy outfit would be a nice change of pace. I would pick an outfit that you think HE would like rather than one you think is sexy. I noticed that most women get that wrong. I would say also that initiating sex after the dinner should top it off. I think overall taking the pressure off the man, you could get a great evening on Valentine’s Day.”
Misty Stone says:
“Create a scrapbook, fill it with your favorite photographs, love letters, keepsakes from special occasions, and cherished mementos. Sometimes we forget about the little things.”
James Bartholet says:
“Make a special Romantic Treasure Hunt, leave clues around the house, and you can set any special prize at the end for your loved one to find.”
Daisy Marie says:
“Create your own Valentine’s Day Card. Compose a poem or an expression of love that expresses your personality. It will be more meaningful than anything you can buy on a shelf.”
Angelina Valentine says:
“Try some role playing, do something creative and spontaneous.”
Priya Rai says:
“Take a romantic bubble bath together. Turn off your phones, add some candles, soft music, and just enjoy yourselves.”
Sophie Dee says:
“Make your own personal sex tape at home. Don’t worry about lights and technical things, just set up your camera and let nature take its course. Just be sure it doesn’t leak onto the Internet, LOL”
Rochelle Lynne says:
“Take him back to the 20’s with a sexy Burlesque dance and striptease. Sometimes what you don’t show is even more alluring.”
Hopefully some of these tips from our professional lovers will inspire you to create some memorable moments with your special someone. Have a great Valentine’s Day, and keep it sexy.
Congress Tries to CRUSH crush Videos
A few weeks ago, Congress unanimously approved legislation that would ban animal cruelty on “crush” videos. Of course banning things is nice, but doesn’t actually stop them from being made. It just sends them underground. Hopefully congress will also enact hardcore punishments to people that participate in making, or purchase these movies. See Katie Summer’s story for more details. http://www.ladieznight.com/3237/porn-that-kills-animals-crush-videos
Porn that Kills Animals- Crush Videos
op/ed by Katie Summers
A few days before Thanksgiving I received an E-Mail from a newsletter stating about a certain fetish that is down right insane and sick to my eyes called, Crush Videos. Of course when you first hear, “Crush Videos” it sounds twisted but you would never of thought it dealt with girls killing animals. When I first read the e-mail I couldn’t believe I remember reading off the email to my mom and saying “can this even be true, how does someone have the guts to do such a thing?” In the e-mail it quotes, “These videos sale for $20-$300 per video…” My jaw just drops, and even now as I write this. I can’t even imagine someone getting off to this type of fetish, out of all the crazy stuff people already get turned on by, how can someone get off to a girl “crushing” an animal till it dies and thinks it’s ok.
After hours of reading the email and doing research, I posted the email on twitter so everyone could see and write what they thought about Crush Videos. A few days later I logged onto AVN and saw an article about the same subject and thought, “Wow I hope someone saw my tweet about it.” I believe in the article it stated that the Supreme Court got involved a few years back on these Crush Videos, but I exactly don’t remember everything that was said on the topic. If the Court was already involved in this case, then why the hell hasn’t these videos been stopped, and now they are on another bill to ban it? What is going on here, these videos actually get sold and it’s ridiculous that there is already another case on this when it should of been stopped the first time.
Y’all probably are wondering why I am making a statement about this topic, well I’ll tell you. I believe that just because animals don’t talk, doesn’t mean they have feelings. Think about it, we have pets to keep us company, when something is wrong they feel it, when we are sad they are there to make us happy, when we are sick they want to take care of us. Just because they can’t carry on a convo they still have their way of communicating with us just differently, by a bark or a meow. So why would someone want to hurt the gift of companionship? There has been plenty of animal cruelty cases and they been settled, but the most outrageous and sick kind of animal cruelty can’t be handled? I wanna know what goes on in these girl’s head that are willing to kill an innocent animal, and I also want to know how the person watching these Crush Videos gets off. Can I find the answer? Will someone just answer, WHY? This needs to be banned, I hope my word on this topic gets noticed and others make a statment.
What’s inside the Porn Star’s Purse?
Inside the Porno Purse
by Lilith Diane
Have you ever wondered what the necessary items are that an adult actress carries around with her from shoot to shoot ? Well, I have. I mean I definitely have some items I like to keep close when I’m getting down and dirty (condoms, lube, hand-cuffs, rope – just kidding) – but in all seriousness, I consider my sex life to be fairly conservative in comparison. So I imagine a porn performer’s bag of tips and tricks would have to accommodate, right?
I recently met one of my girl friends in the adult film industry, Athena Pleasures and asked her about her “porno purse.”
“Oh, it’s a full on duffel bag,” she corrected me. “I carry around a lot with me. I want to be prepared for anything!”
So nosy and curious me wanted a full tour of the items in her porn duffel bag, and thankfully Athena was unabashed and let me in on all her goodies. Here’s what I found:
- Wardrobe options: “Because I am so tall, even if the wardrobe is provided, it doesn’t always fit. So I’ll always bring some options for clothes, stockings, hosiery and heels.”
- Toys: “Toys are big. I gotta have toys.”
- Condoms: “Even if we’re not using them on set, I like to have them to use on my toys – especially if other girls want to use my toys.”
- Lube: “I always have a few different kinds – water-based, oil-based. I’m fine with whatever, but other people might have certain preferences.”
- Personal hygiene items: “Things like sponges and razors come in handy every once in a while, so I like to have them with me. I also always have and use douches.”
- Make up and hair brush: “A girl’s always gotta be looking good on camera.”
- Two forms of ID: “You have to be who you say you are, and you have to verify that you’re over 18 years old.”
- AIM (Adult Industry Medical) Test: “This is quite possibly the most important thing I bring. Every adult performer has to show their current AIM test results. It’s really easy now too because I can bring it up on my phone if I can’t print it out.”
So there you have it. The contents of an adult actress’s “porno purse” or in her case, her porno duffel – but that just doesn’t have quite the same ring.
xoxo Lilith Diana

According to the website of the South Carolina Department of Mental Health, about eight million Americans suffer from eating disorders. That in itself is alarming, but what’s more alarming is the breakdown – one million men … and seven million women. Alarming, yes, but not too surprising, if you ask me. One in 200 American women are anorexic. Two to three in every 100 American women suffer from bulimia. Eating disorders have the highest mortality rate of any mental illness. According to research by the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders, 5% to 10% of anorexics die within 10 years of the onset of the disease and 18% to 20% of anorexics will die after 20 years. Only 30% to 40% ever recover fully from these diseases.
Businessweek.com reports that Americans spend $40 billion a year on weight loss programs and products. Of course, obesity is a growing problem in America and I’m not trying to suggest that being fat is a healthy lifestyle choice. It’s not. Take a trip to Walmart on any given day and you’ll see an abundance of people who are not only morbidly obese but who, judging by their wardrobe choices, seem to be unaware of this fact. Yes, that’s a problem, too. But how much of that yearly $40 billion is being spent by people — let’s face it, by women — who really don’t need those programs or products but spend the money on them out of a desire to meet that unrealistic standard?
Of all the women I’ve known throughout my life, not one – not a single one, not ever – has said, “I’m too skinny.” And there have been some who were too skinny. Instead, they talk about the parts of their bodies that are too big, too flabby, too round. These are not fat women I’m talking about. These are perfectly lovely women who feel inadequate because they are the targets of cultural demands that are not only unrealistic but are unhealthy and even dangerous.
I was saddened to see what Eliza Dushku has done to herself. I used to think Angelina Jolie was the most beautiful actress to come along in years until she wasted away to a pale, hollow-eyed stick figure. It’s said that the camera puts ten pounds on the human body. If that’s the case, holy crap, what do these women look like in person? These are gorgeous women who are damaging themselves because they think they’re … what? Too fat? Seriously? And the skinnier they get, the more pressure they put on the millions of women who watch them, who see them as some kind of ideal – an ideal they will never attain. This is a vicious circle of emotional and physical damage that we seem to be aware of but, for some reason, cannot step out of, even though we all know we should.

It’s happened to so many women in movies and television – gorgeous, voluptuous women who apparently begin listening to all the wrong people and suddenly show up looking like they should have little numbers tattooed on their forearms. Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Connely, Minnie Driver, Christina Ricci – the list is too long.
What is the purpose of this unrealistic, unhealthy female image that the media has been bludgeoning us with for so long? All you have to do is look around to see that most women simply do not look like that – which is fortunate for all of us. What’s unfortunate is that so many women have been made to feel that they should look like that. Why? Who benefits? Doctors? Eating disorder clinics? Jenny Craig? Morticians?
I’ve known so many women throughout my life who are beautiful, desirable, but who are ashamed of their bodies because they’ve been made to feel that their asses are too big or their thighs are too thick or their belly isn’t flat enough or their breasts aren’t big enough. At the same time, most of the men I’ve known have been put off by the media’s malnourished, skeletal female ideal. Bones are not sexy. Women who look like they puke on a regular basis are not a turn on.
It seems to be changing a little here and there, but not without resistance. In April of 2010, ABC and Fox balked at airing a commercial for Lane Bryant lingerie. The commercial featured a drop-dead gorgeous full-figured model in lingerie. ABC and Fox said it was just too hot for primetime. Fox refused to show it during American Idol and ABC wouldn’t show it during Dancing with the Stars until the very end. There was too much skin in this ad, too much cleavage, they claimed. As we all know, American television networks do all they can to avoid showing things like bare skin or cleavage during the primetime hours. No one ever wears anything revealing on American Idol. You never, ever see any exposed skin on Dancing with the Stars, where all the dancers are always completely covered from head to toe. Right? So that must be the reason Fox demanded some serious editing on this commercial and ABC refused to show it during one of its most popular shows. Right? It probably had nothing to do with the model’s size, which didn’t exactly fall within network television’s norm. Or maybe the networks thought they were doing their viewers a service. I can imagine some network suit saying, “Nobody wants to see that!” Or, “We certainly don’t want to give women the impression that it’s okay to look like that!”
It seems a big part of the media’s job is to make us unhappy with our lot. We need this car, that gadget, this TV, that video game system, and if we don’t get them, we are somehow failures as human beings. It’s one thing to do that with material goods. But it’s quite another to set an unrealistic standard for the human body and hold it up as the ideal so that those who do not meet that standard are made to feel inadequate.
